Well this week I decided I would stay in the same side of the family as last weeks post. This pic is of David Harvey Dover and his wife Louisa Eliza Manus(my gg-grandparents). David is the son of the couple in last week's pic. The large nose definitely got passed down to this generation as you can see in the pics. I have been working off and on with my genealogy since 1995 and if nothing else I can spot a Dover in a picture. They all seem to have high cheekbones and large noses. There isn't much I can tell abt. this couple, other than Eliza had an Indian heritage(just not sure where yet). When I found this pic it was hidden behind another picture of me as a child in a frame that my grandmother had. They were stuck together and it nearly made it to the trash pile, my nosiness comes in handy sometimes!!Don't forget to go to www.picturespotspens.blogspot.com to visit eveyone else's family fotos!!
