This is the one I made.
I have been really working my Pampered Chef business in the last week so I haven't had a lot of time to blog or craft, but I did want to show you what I made Jennifer in the Art Doll Hat Swap and the great hat I rec'd from her. My camera is possessed so I had to take the pics from her blog. I have never done anything like this and am not sure it came out so great but I am going to try a few more and see what happens. My biggest problem is figuring out how to make the cone. Everyones looked taller and more slender and I don't know what I did wrong but anyway I think she is ok for my first. The one Jennifer sent me is perfect on my side table in my bedroom and as soon as I can I will post pics.

I am so "wo" out(in the words of Nicole C. Mullen)! She was awesome, by the way. 16,000 women and a few men in the Phillips Arena in Atlanta Georgia, praising God and acting completely silly was so much fun. I wish I had pics to show but nada, didn't even take a camera. I was so excited to be leaving home, if only for 1 night, I ran right out the door without even thinking abt. it and was watching all these women take pics and thinking to myself, "You'd think these women never go anywhere". Never dawned on me that I should have taken mine to show everyone. Sorry, y'all. I can't make it anymore, I must have sleep. I promise to be back tomorrow with the lucky winner of the paper packet!Good Night.

Kari over at Artsymama is having a party today and everyone is invited. Yes, I am late but then that's way it always is with three small children. Anyone that comments to this post will receive the packet that I showed in the last post. This will be last one for a while unless you want to buy on on etsy. Thanks for visiting and make sure you visit Kari and all of her friends!! I forgot the deadline to enter my drawing is Sunday the 12th. I am headed to the Women of Faith Conference in Atlanta and will return on Sat. night. I will draw right after church on Sunday and let all of you know who won!!!

Yes, I had to take these in the front yard to get enough light for you to see the colors, pardon the grass.
well, I am so popular and had so many comments it was hard to choose, but out of the 4(yes, I said 4) comments, I chose.... all 4!!! That's right, Phyllis at Shabby in the City, Jennifer at Jenn's Nook, Felicia at Fluffy Flowers and Mary at Across the Pond will all receive this packet or one similar to it(there will be slight variations in paper as these are mostly one of a kind sheets). In the words of Gomer Pyle, "CONGRATULATIONS, CONGRATULATIONS, CONGRATULATIONS!!". The 5 of us may be the only ones that read this but if you are not one of us 5 and you hate that you missed out on this, I will be doing another giveaway very soon, so you have to comment from now on. If you girls will send me your addresses, I will be sending these out Fedex on Monday. My email is email@example.com. I promise to be more diligent in blogging now that school is starting back on Monday and hopefully I will regain some of my lurkers.

Here are some pics of my wrap that I have been working on, as well as a pic from Louisa Harding's Hummingbirds book that the pattern is from. I want to do the colors in her book as well but these pinks and greens were so pretty in the shop I had to try them. I have finished the knitting but still have to weave in the ends and tie the tassels on the bottom. As soon as I get that done I will post a pic of me wearing it. Don't forget to leave a comment on the post before this one"Giveaway" so that I can draw a winner on Friday.
